Boss: “so why do you do this, this meditation bit? Vipassana?”
Me: “I do not know. Perhaps because I want to die a better person than I was born”
The dialogue had happened a couple of months back as one of my seniors at work asked me the reasons for me to meditate.
I want to remember that reason, because (a) it had come out subconsciously and that desire might be very important reason I am born without me consciously realizing it and (b) I truly want to be able to die a better person than I was born, and Vipassana might just be able to help me achieve that.
